1. Contractor will deliver products as quickly as possible, within the terms of the contract. However, customer will not be compensated for delays to delivery beyond the Contractor's control
2. Contractor will replace any product at its own expense as quickly as possible in the event of an installation defect or mis-measurement. While the Contractor will correct any issues as quickly as reasonably possible, Contractor will not compensate customers for delays or inconvenience.
3. Contractor will perform all work in accordance with industry standards.
4. Contractor will take all reasonable steps to ensure that finished product matches samples as closely as possible.
5. Contractor warranties its work for a period of one (1) year from date of installation. This warranty covers defects in work performed.
6. 60% deposit due at time of template, with remaining 40% due at time of installation.
7. 10% interest, calculated on outstanding balance, will be applied to overdue invoices.
